Grimes Parks & Rec. Beginners Wrestling Program

Learn the basics of wrestling!  This program introduces the skills and rules needed to play each sport. The Grimes Rec. Clinic Leader warms the kids up and cools the kids down with fun lead-up games and drills. Each child must have a “coaching” parent present that is willing to go to each station throughout the clinic. Kids progress at their own pace. Kids should wear t-shirt, shorts, and clean/dry tennis shoes.  Headgear and singlets are optional. For more information and to register visit the link below:

Grimes Parks & Rec. Beginners Wrestling Program

Dates:Session 1: Sundays, January 10 - 31, 2016
Session 2: Sundays, February 14 - March 6, 2016
Time:
Ages 3-4: 4:00pm - 4:40pm
Ages 4-5: 4:45pm - 5:25pm
Who:Ages 3-5 (Must be this age at the time of the program.)
Cost:Residents (Those Living in the DCG School District or have a Grimes/Dallas Center address)-
$30 per child per 4-week session.

Non-Residents-
$35 per child per 4-week session

Each session is 4 times with each time lasting 40 minutes.
Location:Note the Change- Now being held at the DCG High School Wrestling Room in Meadows (not the Grimes Community Complex Room #400)
